The votes are in

Dear Inga,
The votes are in, and the people of Canning have rejected the China Australia Free Trade Agreement. They knew that this dud deal would hurt jobs, threaten safety, and increase the exploitation of overseas workers.

A very safe seat has become marginal, and if these results were replicated at the next election the Liberals would lose more than 30 seats.

And that’s exactly why we’re going to keep campaigning for our jobs, our kids, and our future. But we want to hear from you first.

Can you fill out our survey and tell us the issues that are important to you?

We’ve made a quick survey that should only take a minute to fill out. Hearing from you will help us campaign on the issues that are important to our members.

Please fill out our survey and tell us the issues that are important to you.

Together we sent a strong message to the Liberals about the unfair Free Trade Agreement over the weekend. Let’s keep up the struggle. Let’s Stand Up, Speak Out, and Fight Back.

In unity

Michael O’Connor
CFMEU National Secretary

P.S. It’s going to be a tough fight, but we’re up for it. Make sure you tell us what you think in our quick survey.
